Tender mention: Before applying your maintenance sheet, would you please state the reason of machine obstacle as correct as possible. If necessary, you can find out the item of ( remove obstacle ) in machine usage instruction to see wheather the trouble can be resolved according to the instrction, if the problem can not be resolved, you can call our service department for professional consultation by service department phone number in instruction; if the problem still can not be settled, please note us the injured parts of the machine exactly, so our staff can bring the correct related instruments to your office to supply service. |

Maintenance service:
Normal situation: Offer guarantee of one year replacement and three tears free maintenance to every machine that is made by Huayi.( excluding certain type of machine)
Within maintenance period:Customers can receive the exact doorstep maintenance time ( within 24 hours ) after noting our service department the information of machine you bought, such as the machine type, out-factory serial number, out-factory date, customer's address & telephone, contact person. You just need to assist to our service department, need not to pay the travel fees and components cost, if there is any violation, please inform to administration department of our company, the telephone number is 0769-7175558
Without maintenance period:：Huayi supply the life-time service to every machine which made by our factory. If the machine are in trouble after guarantee period, please give call to our service department, stating clearly the machine type, out-factory serial number, out-factory date, customer's address & telephone, contact person, then professional service will be supplied. Customers only offer the travel expense and cost of the machine components.
Tender mention:Huayi maintain the the key spare part of the machine in batch production. Related mechanical pictures of the machine platforms, circuit diagram are all kept properly by archives. Most professional service will be offered no matter in 3 or 5 years for injured machines that customer bought from Huayi.
